Director of Finance
Elizabeth Amaning is a highly skilled and results-driven Accounting and
Audit professional with over 25 years of experience in financial management,
strategic planning, and organizational leadership. As the Director of Finance
at Trinity Theological Seminary, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the
institution’s financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
Her responsibilities include assisting the President in financial
decision-making, developing and implementing sound financial policies, and
overseeing budgetary controls. She is also instrumental in property management,
ensuring a strong maintenance culture within the Seminary.
Elizabeth's extensive career includes leadership positions in finance,
accounting, and auditing across multiple industries. Before joining Trinity
Theological Seminary, she served as an Audit Senior at Adom Boafo &
Associates, a Senior Financial Accountant at L’AINE Services Limited, and an
Accounts Manager at Lando Services Ltd. She has successfully developed
financial reporting structures, implemented internal controls, and optimized
accounting systems to enhance operational performance.
Elizabeth is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of
Chartered Accountants – Ghana. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in
Ministry with a focus on Counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary. In
addition to her professional expertise, Elizabeth is dedicated to faith-based
service. She has held various leadership positions at NewLife Community Baptist
Church (NLCBC), where she has served as a Financial Controller, Church Council
Member, and Chair of several committees. Elizabeth has a strong passion for
working with children and devotes much of her time to empowering them
spiritually. Furthermore, she has lectured in theology and psychology,
providing students with both academic knowledge and spiritual insights.
Her unique blend of financial acumen, strategic leadership, and
theological insight makes her an invaluable asset to Trinity Theological
Seminary, ensuring the institution’s excellence, and growth. Integrity, and financial
sustainability while upholding its core mission.
