Master of Arts in Ministry (MAM)
Program Overview:
The Master of Arts in Ministry (MA) program at Trinity Theological Seminary is designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and skills for effective ministry leadership. Rooted in a strong foundation of biblical and theological studies, this program provides students with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of ministry practice, engage in critical reflection, and develop practical skills for ministry in diverse contexts.
Program Structure
Candidates for the MA in Ministry program are required to complete a minimum of 12 courses, each worth 3 academic units (credit hours). Additionally, students must complete two non-credit courses in Basic Biblical Hebrew and Basic Biblical Greek to strengthen their understanding of biblical languages.
The culmination of the program is a Project Work equivalent to six (6) credit hours of work, providing students with the opportunity to integrate their academic learning with practical ministry experience. In total, students must earn 42 credits to graduate from the MA in Ministry program.
